Shipping policy

Delivery
- Delivery and return are free for every rental. We deliver within Switzerland only.
- Shipments are sent with Swiss Post and handed over against signature.
- Typical delivery time is 2 business days. On each product page you can choose your preferred delivery date.
- Every device arrives charged, updated, with apps installed and a fresh hygiene kit.
Dispatch and start of the rental period
- Equipment is dispatched once the first rental payment has been received. Until then, VRENT GmbH may retain the item.
- No rental fee accrues between dispatch and delivery: the paid rental period begins only upon delivery to you.
Returns
- A prepaid return label is included in your parcel. Attach it to the box and hand it in at any Swiss Post office by the return date in your order confirmation.
- Two days before the end of your rental you receive an email with all return details, including the option to extend.
Event deliveries (VR Corner packages)
For event packages, delivery, setup and collection are carried out by our team at the agreed time and venue. Travel for on-site service is charged as stated in your quote.
Purchases
Purchased items ship free within Switzerland with the same Swiss Post signature service.
