Find out if VR is right for you — before you spend anything
Most companies looking at VR have the same problem: nobody in the building has actually used it. We're the advisors whose advice you can test for a week before you act on it.
Sound familiar?
If two of these are true, a pilot will tell you more than any proposal.
"Look into VR"
Someone senior has asked you to, and you don't know where to start.
Quotes you can't read
Headsets, software, content — and no way to tell what's actually worth it.
Unproven use case
You're not sure it works until someone in your team actually tries it.
Cupboard risk
You don't want a fleet of hardware gathering dust in eighteen months.
That's the whole reason we're a rental business first. You don't have to believe us — you can borrow the kit and find out.
Rent. Test. Then decide.
The pilot pathway — no capital expenditure until you know it works.
We scope it
A conversation about what you're trying to achieve, who'd use it, and what "working" would look like.
We ship a pilot
The right headsets with the right apps installed, delivered to your office. A week, a month, as long as you need.
You decide
Scale it, drop it, or change direction. If the answer is no, you've spent a rental fee instead of a budget.
What we advise on
Hardware selection
Which headset for which job — and, just as often, which one you don't need. Compatibility, comfort, battery, fleet size.
Software & content
Off-the-shelf training apps, collaboration platforms, or 360° content we film ourselves. We know what's mature and what's still a demo.
Custom development
Where nothing off-the-shelf fits, we build it with our international partners — training scenarios, branded environments, product visualisation.
Deployment
Device setup, app installation, updates, hygiene, storage. The unglamorous work that decides whether a rollout survives.
On-site support
Our team on the floor for launches, workshops and events — plus remote support when something needs fixing quickly.
Honest no's
Sometimes VR isn't the answer. We'd rather tell you that than sell you twenty headsets you'll regret.
The kit we know
We rent all of it, so our advice comes from running it — not from a spec sheet.
What clients say
People who weren't sure VR was right for them either.
Extremely competent, and helped curate a one-of-a-kind immersive experience. I was initially unsure if VR would be the right choice.
Corporate event client
Alexey was on site for both setup and pack-down. The experiment ran exactly to plan — the professional support made it possible.
Gymnasium teacher, 40-student study
Incredibly friendly, always responsive, and genuinely supportive of all my ideas. They made the whole process smooth.

Questions
What does consulting cost?
An initial conversation costs nothing. Beyond that it depends on scope — a hardware recommendation is different from building custom training content. We'll tell you the number before we start.
Do we have to buy anything?
No. Most clients start with a rental pilot precisely so they don't have to. If you never buy a headset from anyone, the pilot still told you something worth knowing.
Can you build software for us?
Yes — with our international partners. Training scenarios, branded environments, product visualisation, 360° content. We'll be honest about what's realistic in your budget.
We already own headsets. Can you still help?
Yes. App selection, deployment, updates, fleet management and on-site support all work whether the hardware came from us or not.
What if VR isn't right for us?
Then we'll say so. We'd rather lose one sale than sell you a rollout that quietly dies in a cupboard.
