What it means

Drawings and renders ask clients to imagine space. VR gives it to them at full scale — you notice a ceiling that's too low or a corridor that's too tight in seconds, while it's still cheap to change.

The moment that sells it: a client who couldn't read the floor plan walks the virtual kitchen and says 'this corridor feels tight.' That comment, made before construction, costs nothing to fix. For sales, an unbuilt apartment becomes tourable from Zürich, London or Singapore — the buyer walks it, not clicks through renders.
