How much space do we need?
A corner of a room is enough for a few headsets; larger setups need proportionally more. Tell us your venue and we’ll advise.
Do we need staff of our own?
No. Add on-spot service and our team runs it. Or brief your own people; the headsets are ready to go.
What if nobody has used VR before?
Everything is set up and explained. The apps are chosen to be easy for first-timers.
Is the price final?
The builder gives a firm estimate; we confirm the exact quote by email before anything is booked.
How far ahead should we book?
The sooner the better for larger events, as headsets are limited. A few weeks’ notice is ideal.
What if we need a size that isn’t listed?
Add extra headsets in the builder, or tell us. We’ll tailor a package to your headcount.
