Our team is there for the duration: CHF 120 per person, per hour. Most events land on one host per five headsets, and the configurator works that out for you.
- Installation & setup: we arrive early and have it running before your guests do.
- Explanation & guidance: first-timers get a hand into the headset and out of it.
- Cleaning between users: hygiene kits swapped, lenses wiped, the queue kept moving.
- Supervision: someone watching the play area, so nobody walks into a wall.

Questions
How much space do we need?
Roughly 2 × 2 metres per headset for room-scale games, less for seated experiences. Send us your floor plan and we'll tell you what fits.
What if nobody has used VR before?
That's the normal case. With on-spot service our team gets each guest in and out of the headset. Most people are playing within a minute.
Is it hygienic with lots of people?
Yes. Hygiene kits are included with every package and our staff clean between users. You can also add headphones for each guest.
Can you brand it or use our own content?
Yes. We can load custom content or build a branded environment: CHF 120 per hour for work beyond the standard setup.
How far ahead should we book?
The bigger the package, the earlier. For Gold and Platinum, give us as much notice as you can. We have a finite number of headsets.
Do you cover all of Switzerland?
Yes. Delivery and collection are included in the price.
