Questions
How much space do we need?
Roughly 2 × 2 metres per headset for room-scale play, less for seated. Send us a floor plan and we'll tell you what fits.
Do we need staff of our own?
No. Add on-spot service in the builder and our team handles setup, guidance, cleaning between users and supervision. One host per five headsets is the usual ratio — the "Match staff to my event" button works it out for you.
What if nobody has used VR before?
That's the normal case. Most first-timers are playing within a minute of putting the headset on.
Is the price final?
The builder gives you an accurate estimate. We confirm it as a fixed quote once we've checked your date and venue — and no payment is taken online.
How far ahead should we book?
The bigger the package, the earlier. For Gold and Platinum give us as much notice as you can.
What if we need a size that isn't listed?
Add extra headsets in the builder, or just tell us in the notes. The four tiers are a starting point, not a limit.
